Our lovely ticket office and service center is located at the charming Old Harbour - Ægisgarður 5D, 101 Reykjavík. Our office has all the facilities needed for getting ready for the tour, as well as a check-in desk and information point. Our team can, free of charge, share their wealth of Iceland knowledge to recommend and book a variety of tours and activities. We also have a small souvenir shop for Whale Safari branded souvenirs.

The Old Harbour is a vibrant and fun place where traditional fishing on small and big fishing boats merges with tourism and city life. At the harbour you will find many great restaurants and coffee houses, ask our team for their favourites!
