00 - It was on a beautiful windless sunny day that we started our sail out in the bay. As first cetaceans spotted we saw a minkew whale. This minke whale was quite close to us and we saw it for 2 or 3 surfaces. It did not stay long so we continued and came across some white beaked dolphins, it was a pod of about 5 dolphins that came to see us for a bit and then moved toward another area so we decided to continue to not disturb too much the wildlife due to the clear elusive behavior. In the next area we had all of the area that was concentrated, some humpback whales were there = probably around 5 to more that kept on appearing, feeding and showing their tail as the went down for deeper dives. We got some amazing close looks along to close look to another pod of 5 about individuals of white beaked dolphins and 2 at least minke whales. We could stay there for while before we went back to shore, a truly amzing morning.

00 - We had a wonderful sunshine over the bay and calm waters this afternoon. There were blows everywhere, and we were surrounded by humpback whales. Everywhere we looked we could see giant flukes raising above the surface, humpback whales rolling around, and some of them came really close to our boat. Arctic terns were following the whales, so we always knew exactly where to look, but to be honest we could be looking in any direction and a whale would come up in the next minute. In the distance, we also spotted a minke whale and we had harbour porpoises swimming next to the boat on the way back.

00 - The wind had picked up a tiny bit but barely since the morning tour and it was still a nice sunny stroll in the bay. We started our tour with some white beaked dolphins, a pod of about 4 to 6 that went to see us and disappeared quite fast clearly showing avoidance, so we comtinued to not disturb the animals. We then got to an area where other whale watching boats were and also humpback whales, at least 5 of them feeding and traveling around. We got great views on a few of the humpback whales while navigating toward the animals to avoid that they are overcrowded by boats and the highlight of the tour was definately when one of them decided to make a full breach barely a few meters away from our boat. It was extremely impressive and loud as it fell back in the water. We got a half breach after that and some feeding, super cool sight. We then decided to take a circle around to maybe find more, but we saw nothing else so we went back toward a humpback whale we know as Gustav to have a quick 5 min look before we head back to shore. On the way back we got surprised by an individual humpback that decided to surface in our direction and also by a pod of about 5 jumping white beaked dolphins. Definetely a lucky tour.

00 - This afternoon the weather conditions were very good, the sun was shining and the puffins were everywhere. After the stop at engey too see the lovely birds our whale watching tour started. The first individual to appear was 1 Minke Whale, this animal was very close to the boat just a few meters away and everyone saw it multiple times. After the minke whale we went to search for the big ones, and we found them. Around 7 humpbacks were around us feeding with the pectoral fins out of the water. They were giving an amazing show and everyone was enjoying them. The time passed super fast but eventually we had to start to head back to the harbour and finished another amazing tour!

00 - Words cannot describe what we experienced on tonight's tour. First, we arrived in an area with loads of seabirds, two minke whales, and a few humpback whales feeding. As there was a bit of swell it was slightly tricky to keep track of the individuals at the start, but soon we could very clearly see the tail of another humpback whale rise out of the water. This individual was tailslapping, and continued for almost the whole tour! The humpback came closer and closer to us, and as he continued tailslapping we could feel the power of this enormous animal. As if the tailslapping wasn't impressive enough, the humpback whale threw his peduncle in the air multiple times, was joined by a pod of white-beaked dolphins, and also breached out of the water around 10-15 meter from the boat! Unbelievable! We felt so lucky to be able to observe this animal's whole body from so close, and with the beautiful background of the midnight sunset.
