12:00 - Today the tour had a slow start since it took more time than usual to find the animals. We had to went further away to search for them but eventually we found a pod of white beaked dolphins around 10 of them. They were playing with the boat quite close so everyone got a chance too see them. Around the dolphins there were some puffins as well diving and showing their lovely beaks. After the dolphins we did bigger lap to try to find something else and some minke whales appeared around the boat. We stayed with this minkes for some minutes but unfortunately after some minutes we had to leave thearea and start to return to the harbour.

14:00 - The weather was wonderful this afternoon and the sea still very calm with just a very low swell. We started heading north this time after a stop in Akurey with still thousands of puffins. We spotted a nice pod of 7 white-beaked dolphins that were in a good mood, coming close to us and following the boat, coming under reappearing behing. A lovely show that those cetaceans in black and white coats gave us. We kept going and looked to find other species. We had to stop in a hurry when we crossed the path of a close minke whale. We patiently waited but the whale did not resurfaced. We went more in the south and found another minke whale, a bit easier to observe this time. We saw the whale going for 2 surface sequencies.

16:00 - This tour started with the lovely puffins around the island of akurey. After the puffins we faced the faxafloi bay to search for the cetaceans with the puffins flying with us at full speed. The minke whales and the white beaked dolphins are still around the bay making the delight of all the passengers. This dolphins full of energy keep playing with the boat super close and splashing us! The minkes more in the distance appearing super quickly at the surface and dissapearing after some dives. Eventually our time ended and we had to start to return to the harbour.
