Whale Diary

10:00 - This morning we got ready in our gear and excited for our adventure! Both boats left at the same time, but one started with Akurey, one of the puffin islands. They were also lucky to see a grey seal, we then headed out further along with the other boat. We sailed to our hotspots but sadly had no luck. We always look for blows, splashes and of course the body of the animals. Some things we look for is also the birds, which there was a lot of. We stopped a few times in the hope that something bigger would pop up. After a bit of sail, we headed back closer to land to try our hotspot there. The other boat that didnt stop at the puffin island, then had their time with the puffins. We did have a fun ride through however sadly no cetaceans were spotted so in the end we handed out complimentary tickets so that everyone can try their luck to see the whales and dolphins again!
