Species seen today: humpback whale, white-beaked dolphin, minke whale, harbour porpoise

Today we went out on 2 of our boats. On both boats on all the tours during the day we saw few (around 4) pods of 6-10 cute harbour porpoises, also 2 groups of white-beaked dolphins, of which on some encounters they approached the boat and curiously circled around and played in front and under our boat, while on others they kept the distance and relaxed going their way (might be due to calves they had in group, to protect them). We saw 2 individuals of humpback whales in the morning tour and 1 on the afternoon tour. We also heard there were 2 more individuals in the area a bit further away, but we rather stayed in the same area, since, while waiting for humpbacks to surface from their (6-10 minutes) long dives, we were also enjoying watching minke whales surfacing all around us (4-5 close by and at least that many in the distance), as well as numerous beautiful northern gannets plunge diving in high speed, sheerwaters gliding around, gillemots "talking" with their chicks and fulmars curiously looking at us next to our boat.
