10:00 - The weather was having mood swings today. From the very beginning, we were greeted with sunshine, followed by a drizzle of rain. Despite that, we were eager to head out and try to spot some cetaceans. During the tour, it felt like we went through four different seasons. At one point, we had rain that stung like needles along with rather big waves, and a little while later, we enjoyed calm seas, sunshine, and beautiful rainbows. After covering much of the bay, we sadly couldn’t find any whales today. However, our passengers were wonderful and kept smiling. They got the true Icelandic Viking experience - definitely something to tell people about. Once back on land, they were given complimentary tickets.
