20:00 - It was a wet but great tour. There was a light rain during the 2h of the tour but it was not that cold and we were well covered in our overalls. We left on two boats, one that went to see puffins in Akurey and the other one on Engey. After enjoying the adorable view of those cute birds we left to search cetaceans in the bay. It was not very long before we had the first sightings of white beaked dolphins that were everywhere, probably 6-8 pods of 5-10 individuals. We were watching some of thoses dolphins very active, jumping, feeding and probably mating.  Then, in the distance, a humpback whale breached! We went there, waited a bit and spotted the blow of a humpback on our left. We went closer and found an area with 7 humpback whales! A group of 3 feeding surrounded by dolphins, 2 more that were leaving the area, and 2 more blows far in the distance. There was also non far a minke whale feeding. The 3 humpback feeding together had Neila and Gustav associated with a humpback that had a very white fluke. We waited a bit and the magic happened. The fish came close to the surface and the humpback started lunge-feeding, opening there huge mouth to capture them, with the white-beaked dolphins quickly swimming all around, Arctic terns and kittiwakes trying to take their share as well. So much action!! We could see the whales lunge feeding 3-4 times, so impressive. When they calmed down a bit we went back to the harbour, soaked but happy. We crossed 3 pods of harbour porpoises as well during the way back.
