10:00 -  The sky was cloudy but the weather in the bay was better then yesterday fortunately. We started to head in direction of Akurey to see some Atlantic puffins, the island is already full of sea birds so everyone could see them very well. Then we started to really search for some cetacean life and only 5 minutes after we saw 1 Humpback Whale really close to the shore around 150m. A really nice encounter and quite rare so close to the shore. This whale was quite elusive so we decided to go more far in the bay to try to search for another individual. After some time searching 2 Humpback Whale surfaced and 1 Minke Whale. We spent some time with them seeing some fluke dives and even a tail slap. Eventually we had to start to head back to the harbour and 4 Harbour porpoises briefly appeared and as usual they are very shy animals so only some members of the crew noticed them. A very nice sighting to end a very nice tour.

14:00 - The weather conditions were really nice this afternoon. We sailed really fast in the search for some wildlife, the captain was informed by the other boats whales were around. So we didnt need to spend a lot of time searching just after 30 minutes we found our first cetacean, 1 Humpback Whale was really close to the boat so everyone had a really nice view of the whale multiple times. Another Humpback Whale surfaced in the distance so we went to have a look. This one was more elusive but still everyone had a really good view of multiple fluke dives. We had to start to head back to the harbour and a third Humpback Whale was spotted doing a fluke dive, we stopped the boat close and some fluke prints appeared under the boat but we never saw the whale again unfortunately. Was a very good tour with a lot of wildlife.
