14:00 - We headed out with nice weather, it wasn't too cold and the sea conditions were really nice. 5 minutes in we saw a grey seal, checking us out and then disappeared. We kept on going and found 4 harbor porpoises surfacing a few times around our boat, but then swam further away, so we kept on going as well. It took us a little way, but then we found the first out of 3 humpback whales. It was alone and just surfacing one time and then was gone for a while. We then decided to leave it and go to another spot, where we heard on the radio, that there would be 2 humpback whales together. So we went there and, voila, 2 humpbacks - one of them was Birdie, and it was pec slapping the whole time, when it was on the surface. We watched them for a bit, then the second one disappeared and only Birdie came up every 7-10 minutes, to give us this nice show. Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, and we were quite far out, so we had to leave Birdie and head back to the harbor. It was a really nice tour, with happy guests and happy crew. :)
