09:00 - Our morning started in a cloudy way with zero wind. The sea conditions for sailing were fantastic. Almost no waves, a clear and flat surface at the ocean. With the feeling that it going to be a great tour, we head out north of the bay. Passing already the islands, we saw many harbor porpoises briefly appearing and disappearing from the surface. But the best was yet to come. Suddenly we spot one blow in the distance, then another one, and another one...at the end at least 8 humpback whales were in the same area. A little spread out but everywhere! What an great area. The whales were passing very close to us and sometimes under our boats. The rain arrived but our passengers were in awe taking pictures everywhere so nobody minded being a little bit wet. At the left, in front or at the right was possible to spot a whale. What a fantastic memorable moment! After a while observing them we were able even to see a couple of puffins among other species of seabirds. In our way back we saw more harbor porpoises again. Despite the rainy weather it was impossible not having a big smile after this marvelous tour!
