A buggy tour is quite a thrill. You and your buggy buddy will feel the wonder of the pure air and spectacular views that make Iceland special – and all only a short trip from Reykjavik. It’s safe, spectacular and about the most fun, you can have with another person.
YOUR BUGGY ADVENTURE
Your buggy adventure begins with a pick up from your Reykjavik hotel* and the short drive to base camp on an asphalt road before taking the road off-road. Our expert guides will make sure you have all the gear and safety instructions you need before you start the tour.
From basecamp, we take you on a route along the lovely Lake Hafravatn, and a variety of terrains to have fun on. Then it’s onwards and upwards as you bike to the top of Hafrafell mountain – the high point of your journey. From there you should be able to see the Hengill mountain range, Iceland’s third most active volcanic system, together with Hellisheiði, the geothermal power plant for the capital area. A spectacular view over Faxaflói bay and the whole capital region, Bláfjöll mountain range and Esja, Reykjavik’s house mountain, is waiting for you.

Important Information
Hotel pickups are not included in the price of the tour. We do offer a pickup service, but you are also very welcome to make your own way to our Safari Quads Base Camp !

Description of the day Here we will begin the day by picking you up at the hotel. Take you to our base camp and go over the safety instructions and how to operate the buggy. This is a brand new product in Iceland and is the hot new thing now. After everyone is ready to go. We set out for a buggy adventure in the outskirts of Reykjavik. Thrilling fun and a brand new product! Buggy Safari is a unique and special way to explore Iceland in different way, Sitting side by side in a Buggy/ATV with you best friend, wife, kids, future girlfriend/boyfriend or just a complete stranger it doesn’t matter, we guarantee amazing experience. Great way to spend the day You are going to be in touch with real Icelandic nature including Mountain View, moon like scenery, rocky paths and uphill battle, all of these amazing experiences are a part of this trip We are proud to welcome you to drive one of our brand new 4×4 2015 buggy’s , they are all equipped with automatic transmission, 800 cc Rotax V-Twin engine, roll cage, safety belts and the double A-arm front suspension which is going to make your ride comfortable and safe All of our buggy’s are road legal and fully inspected so don’t wait to get Buggy into your life, we would love to help you create a once in a lifetime experience! We are waiting for you to try them out!
